Plain-English terms for using WeGrow services, including managed websites, Local Pages, enquiry-focused plans, Boost, Partner support, referrals, handover, and cancellation.

A Plain-English Note
These terms are written in plain English to explain the basis on which WeGrow provides services. They are not intended to be intimidating or full of legal jargon. If anything is unclear, ask before work starts so the scope, price, and responsibilities are understood.
Who WeGrow Is
WeGrow is currently operated by Jad El Omeiri. If the business structure changes, these terms will be updated.
What WeGrow Provides
WeGrow provides managed websites, Local Pages, lead capture, enquiry-focused pages, Boost widgets, Partner support, and related digital services for local businesses. The exact service depends on the plan, quote, or scope agreed before work starts.
Plans And Pricing
WeGrow plans are usually monthly. Current prices are shown on the website. Annual upfront payment may be available at 12 months for the price of 10.
One-off custom builds can be quoted separately where a managed monthly plan is not the right fit. Prices, scope, any caps, and any extra fees should be agreed before work starts.
What Managed Monthly Includes
Managed monthly plans usually include hosting, maintenance, basic upkeep, small updates, keeping the site on WeGrow's managed platform, and relevant platform improvements where appropriate.
Small updates usually mean straightforward changes such as contact details, opening hours, wording, approved links, or simple content edits. Bigger changes may need a separate quote.
What Is Not Included Unless Agreed
The following are not included in standard monthly plans unless they are agreed as part of the scope:
- extra pages
- complex custom sections
- booking systems or integrations
- menus
- quote calculators
- advanced forms
- paid ads
- formal SEO campaigns
- formal accessibility, security, or compliance audits
- custom development outside the agreed scope
- unlimited design or content changes
- guaranteed leads, revenue, rankings, traffic, conversion rates, or performance scores
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- providing accurate business information
- having rights or permission to use supplied photos, logos, copy, brand assets, and links
- checking important details before publication
- responding reasonably when approvals or information are needed
- complying with laws and regulations relevant to their own business
- telling WeGrow if anything is wrong or needs updating
Content, Assets, And Permissions
The customer owns their content, copy, photos, logo, brand assets, business information, and domain. The customer confirms they have permission to use anything they provide to WeGrow.
WeGrow may use approved assets to build, operate, maintain, and improve the agreed service while the plan or project is active.
WeGrow Platform Ownership
WeGrow owns and retains the platform code, reusable components, templates, infrastructure, tooling, processes, and general know-how used to deliver the service. These are not transferred as part of normal monthly plans.
This keeps the managed service practical: WeGrow can improve the shared platform over time, and relevant improvements can benefit hosted client sites where appropriate.
Export And Handover
Because WeGrow avoids a large upfront build fee, a portable handover or export of the finished site is available after 10 paid months. It may be available earlier if agreed as part of a custom one-off quote.
Standard content and asset handover does not include WeGrow platform code, reusable components, templates, infrastructure, or tooling unless separately agreed. Owned content and assets can be requested.
Domains
Free Local Pages use a WeGrow-hosted link and do not include a custom domain. Paid plans can use a custom domain. The domain should usually remain owned by the business.
WeGrow can help choose or connect a domain. Domain registration and renewal costs are agreed before purchase. If WeGrow helps manage DNS or domain setup, the customer remains responsible for keeping access and ownership details safe where applicable.
Free Local Page
The Free Local Page is reviewed manually. Not every business is accepted. It includes visible WeGrow attribution and is designed as a simple starting point.
A Free Local Page does not include a custom domain, enquiry form, tracking, or advanced sections. WeGrow may remove or decline a Free Local Page where appropriate.
Presence
Presence is a managed one-page website. More complex requirements, such as extra pages, custom sections, booking integrations, menus, calculators, advanced forms, or unusual integrations, are quoted before work starts.
Growth Qualified Enquiry Pricing
Growth enquiry fees only start once the qualification rules, tracking approach, and monthly cap are agreed. There should be no surprise lead fees.
Spam, duplicates, test messages, irrelevant enquiries, suppliers, job applicants, accidental clicks, and calls below the agreed duration do not count.

Disagreements are reviewed manually and fairly against the agreed rules.
Boost
Boost is review-first. It may require website admin access, a developer contact, or a way to add a small embed, script, form, or widget. Boost may not work on every existing website.
Existing website provider, theme, platform, or permission restrictions may limit what can be installed. Setup work may be quoted separately if needed.
Partner
Partner is selective and higher-touch. Scope, focus, enquiry pricing, and monthly cap are agreed upfront. It is not unlimited agency work.
Referral Offer
The referral reward applies only after the referred business completes its first paid month and remains active into month two. The referred business gets £50 credit off their first paid month.
The referrer can choose a £50 thank-you, a £50 donation, or £50 WeGrow credit if they are already a customer. There is one referral reward per business. Duplicate referrals are handled manually and fairly.
Public recommendations should disclose that a referral thank-you exists.
Cancellation And Unpaid Invoices
Plans are monthly unless another arrangement is agreed. There is no long lock-in unless separately agreed.
If a plan is cancelled, WeGrow stops hosting and maintaining the managed service after the agreed end date. Unpaid invoices may lead to paused work, paused updates, or eventually paused or removed hosting after reasonable notice.
No Guaranteed Results
WeGrow does not guarantee leads, enquiries, revenue, search rankings, traffic, conversion rates, performance scores, or business outcomes.
WeGrow aims to improve clarity, trust, contact routes, enquiry capture, and practical review.
Third-Party Services
WeGrow may rely on providers for hosting, email, calendar, forms, analytics, performance, domains, maps, and other infrastructure.
Third-party outages, platform changes, or restrictions may affect delivery. WeGrow will act reasonably, but cannot control every third-party service.
Availability And Changes
WeGrow may update plans, pricing, scope, and these terms over time. Existing agreed work should be handled fairly. Material changes should be communicated where relevant.
