Who Runs WeGrow

WeGrow is operated by Jad El Omeiri, who is currently responsible for how WeGrow uses personal data. If this changes, this policy will be updated. For privacy questions, email hello@trywegrow.com. You can also contact jad@trywegrow.com.

What We Collect

When you use WeGrow, we may collect enquiry or review form details, referral intro details, business and contact details, website, social, or Google profile links, messages, the page the request came from, and the time it was submitted.

If you book a call through Google Calendar, booking and call details may be handled through Google. If you become a client, WeGrow may also keep customer, project, billing, and admin details needed to deliver the work. The website also uses basic analytics and performance information to understand whether pages are working properly.

If you send an enquiry through a client Presence website, WeGrow stores the enquiry and forwards it by email to the reviewed recipient address for that business.

Why We Collect It

We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide practical recommendations or previews, manage client relationships and projects, send internal notifications, improve the website and service, and keep basic business records.

We do not sell personal data.

Our Lawful Reasons

In plain English, WeGrow uses personal data when it is needed to respond to your request or take steps before a contract, provide services under a contract, meet legal obligations where records must be kept, or support WeGrow's legitimate interests in running and improving the service and managing enquiries.

Trusted Providers

WeGrow uses trusted providers to run the website, host infrastructure, store form and database records, send email notifications, manage email and calendar bookings, and understand basic analytics or performance. Current examples include Vercel, Supabase, Resend, and Google Workspace.

These providers may process data in the UK, EEA, US, or other countries. Where data is processed internationally, WeGrow relies on the provider's published safeguards and standard protections for handling personal data.

Cookies And Analytics

WeGrow does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We use basic analytics, performance, and bot-protection tooling to understand how the website is used, spot technical problems, and protect public forms from spam. If WeGrow later adds non-essential cookies or advertising/tracking tools, this policy and any consent approach will be updated.

How Long We Keep Enquiries

We keep enquiries for as long as reasonably needed to reply, manage the relationship, and keep basic business records. If an enquiry does not become an active project, we aim to delete or review it within 24 months.

Customer, project, billing, and admin records may be kept for longer where needed for business, accounting, tax, legal, or dispute reasons.

Your Rights

You can ask to access the personal data WeGrow holds about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how it is used, or receive a copy in a portable format where this applies. Email hello@trywegrow.com.

If you are unhappy with how a privacy request is handled, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
